Thanks Al. I did check the fans. First I checked in a couple of places 
that shows the fan speed, and since the numbers were moving, I assumed 
that was because the fan speeds were changing. But also, when I opened 
the box, I powered up with it running and checked all the fans 
(processor and power) and they were all running. 

Computer store told me to check the capacitors, so I will do that 
tonight.
