have decided to go with my phone company to get broadband and tried
setting it up myself, but a blue screen came up on my computer and
won't download my broadband. So I turned the computer off and decided
not to do it myself. Why did the blue screen come up? What does that
mean and what do I do now? Thanks for all of your help...Sandra

Which operating system and what did the screen say? Who is your phone
company, which modem, and what computer do you have, this may help people to
reply?
