If Shoot gets stuck it is probably your computer because Shoot the Messenger 
is a very small program and should take seconds to download. Do you have 
problems with any other programs. I just uploaded the three GRC
 programs to this groups files section. You should see a message about that 
soon. Just click the link about downloading the file.  Save it to your 
desktop then click it. It's a zip file, compressed. It has a folder inside 
and three small programs inside the folder including Shoot the Messenger.
