This [see subject] happened the first week I had the computer, I ran 
the update program fro Everest Home. The machine shuts down withing 
seconds of running Everest Home. The solution is weird. The Dell tech 
suggested that I unplug the ram sticks and replug them,strangely that 
worked. Maybe there is a problem with their ram or smething like that. 
Thinking that this might have been a fluke, I tried the Everest upgrade 
again and it did the same thing. I'm wondering whether this is 
something that I should press with Dell, software messing up the ram in 
this way? I want to solve the problem while it is still in warranty. 
And it sounds like something that some other program might also cause 
too.
