Hi:
 How does "returning easily" to a local dealer get a Laptop  repaired?  
Getting it back no charge in four days counts with me.  I  can't blame any OEM 
for 
hardware failures since in  most cases they don't  even make the hardware.  It 
still goes back to the maker for repairs.   This one was bought from the 
LOCAL Sam's club.  Failures are unpredictable  but repairs should not be.
