Actually, I was just being lighthearted  -  I have not requested advice 
for this as it has never happened before.

I did request advice for a different problem in early September and was 
graciously sent the solution - which is why I don't let rude replies 
like yours keep me from asking.  I do appreciate your sending the 
additional information.

Since this is your usual tone in your replies, it doesn't bother me.   
When faced with an emergency situation, I just want help - doesn't 
matter to me if you think I am not quite up to par in the brain department!!
