I have DSL internet service with AT&T. My surfing speed is 1.5MB.
I have trouble watching videos on cbsnews.com. The sound in them keeps
stuttering. This also happens when I try to watch TV shows on all networks
except ABC. I was wondering what might be wrong with either my DSL or my
operating system or my computer. If there anything I can do about this?
I have an HP Pavilion a1730n with (a 4600+ AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core
Processor with a processing speed of approx. 1.87 GHz.) and 2048 MB
of memory and 320 GB of hard drive space. My operating system is Windows Vista
Home Premium.
