I just went to PCmag site. There they list from 120gb- 500gb

I have seen them over a thousand gb.

Most people with the older computer use an extension USB lead to have the
out front. I have on with four outlets.

You can defrag an external hard drive but not a flash drive.

How much bigger in size? The capacity is a given, but my
little flash drive in physical size is extremely convenient.
I keep it hooked
up to the USB port. The Dell computer I bought (about a year
ago) only has one USB port in front. There are three more in
back, but the configuarion of my desk is such that it's
extremely
inconvenient to get at the back of the box. So I bought an
USB cord and keep it attached so I can get at the flash
drive. I have two more flash drives of various sizes and can
easily switch them.

Speaking of which, when I did a defrag the other day, the
dialog box asked if I want to defrag the C drive or the F
drive (that's where I keep backups on the flash stick). I've
been defragging the C drive only. Would it pay to do a
defrag of the F drive as well? Although it's not at all
necessary, I do a defrag about once a week. .
