The Flash drive is only really for transport of files not a storage device.
The external  Hard drive will not need de-fragging like your main one
because you don't change the programs constantly.

Good. That's what I wanted to know. Fortunately, the flash
drive is not so big that a defrag is necessary. At least
that's my impression.
