Wow that's complicated, try my email reply for a simple way. Oh by the way if you use Incredimail you can click Advance and read mail at the server and delete what you don't what before you download.

Then go into tools, accounts, select the account you want. Then click advanced. Then check the boxes leave a copy on server. Then check the box remove from server when deleted from deleted items. Then after all your mail is downloaded delete the ones you want. Then click send and receive to make sure you have all your mail downloaded. Then click edit at the top of the OE window.
