Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] missing file

I have Norton Utilities and when I run a scan one of the messages I
get is as reads:

Mising File: "C\Program Files\common
Files\Installshield \Proffessional\ Runtime\09\ 01\Intel32
\Dotnetinstaller. exe"

Cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll"

" " Runtime\11\50 " " mscoree.dll"

Missing File "C\ProgramFiles| HP\Digital Imaging\bin\ hpqacdse. exe"
Can not access a mecessaru fo;e. "mscoree.dll"

"mscoree.dll" may be located on a removable dirive, a non-visiable
volume such as a NTFS drive, or on a network. If
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Installshield \Professional\ Runtime\11
\50\Intel: can not find the file, you might need to reinstall.

What is this talking about? My system is not running the way it
should run and I end up rebooting it quite often.

If anyone can help this would be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance- Linda
