I would turn it off and then download Roboform from www.roboform.com. 


It far better to have this free form filler that you control than rely on a
browser managing your log in's.



In Gmail open your your address book and delete those old address's you not
longer use or alternatively go into the Tools menu/Options/Message tab and
take the tick out of Auto Compete there.
