Hi:

Sounds like ActiveX has been closed in your "Internet Settings" under  

Control Panel.  Some sites require ActiveX to view them.  ActiveX will  
normally be 

set to run only when needed.  If it is not so set,  it  will ask you to run on 

each site you try to run.  It does not know if it is  needed or not so it 

ask.  OR something like that.  Can't recall the  exact setting but you will 
need 

it to be reset or maybe uninstalled.   Bye
