Ian, Honestly, the best he [the User] can do is Windows 2000, but if his heart 
is set on XP he can Reinstall and the end result will probably be buying a 
"New" PC or Laptop / NoteBook. Meanwhile, I have seen XP on a system with a 
"Slow" Processor. I get all kinds of clients with some interesting Operating 
Systems on the most unlikely PC and Laptop.
