Jim I teach people at home and on the web and I expect to have knowledge of
browsers and therefore run 4. I can read the pages on IE, FF, Google Crome
and Ace Explorer. If you want to help others but think following
instructions and downloading programs is not worth the bother OK but surely
you know that Windows always tries to install drivers if their is not one to
load the hardware you have.

It take a lot to upset me. :-)

The only thing wrong with my Dell is that startup message about
hardware that doesn't ID the hardware.

Well you and others probably have much younger eyes than I have

Are we still on your paragraph II? Run what scan?
Most internet sites do not pay much attention to visibility of
content. And then I don't think that pages you sent were pages, they
were graphic files and the txt started small. Enlarging the text was
not very helpful. Then it ended up touting some program that involved
downloading, etc. It all just seemed more work than it was worth. I am
pretty much covered when it comes to recovering my computers.
