Which is right? Well that depends on how you ghost your C drive. I
have mostly ghosted to a partition on my HD but I was using a version
of Norton Ghost that created a CD to do the cloning. The key is
whether the program that you use creates a bootable copy, and where
they save it. If your copy is not bootable you will have to reinstall
the OS I think. OR your cloning program disk may be bootable and will
then look for the clone on your hard drive. These days a CD is usually
not going to be large enough. A DVD or even a double layer DVD may be
required. Or multiple disks.
