Where did you get the drivers for your CD-Rom drive? After you
reinstalled the OS on your computer, is it the same version of Windows
as before you reinstalled? I'm guessing that it is yes. If you did not
get the drivers from the drive mfg. Google for the mfg and search for
drivers that match your drives make and model.
