I can't think of any program that would create or convert text to an  
MP3. That type of file is usually created by programs that create  
sound files. Don't confuse an audio file with some sort of hardware  
where you would save files. MP3 is a file and any file with that  
extension, i.e. the three or so letters after the period in a file  
name...
Such a file would bring up a sound player and if somehow it contained  
text, unlikely, it would probably err out.
