As many of you know, the issues with Ian go way back. further than the most
recent issues.

Some of you may have a "thicker skin" when it comes to some of these issues
- kudos to those who do, but when it comes to the issue

of losing more than a few members over the issues relating to one member I
have a choice to make.

Those choices may not always be easy ones, but I stand by the decisions I
make for the better of the whole.
