I have stood my ground and finally am getting some satisfaction from Dell.
They are going to give me Vista with the abilitiy to access XP. I can't seem
to find out about the Ram. They are giving me a printer, floppy drive,
speakers, external hard drive, etc. I kept asking how they justified their
charges
and that I wanted a break down of those charges and they couldn't provide it.
I also asked when was the last time they listed everything NOT included in the
package on the packing slip. I think they began to see that they would have
a lot of explaning to do to the Attorney General.

I just hope that everything works. I will keep you posted. I am also hoping
that installing this will change my IP.

Thank you all.
Shelley
