Well, It is a 13-bay(7-internal, 6-external) Full-Tower case.  As far as, the 
drive bays go, I already have installed:

1. 3.5" FD
2. (2)147GB U320 HD's
3. CD-R/W

The two 3.5" hard drives are in two of the four drive bays in the back of the 
computer.

I got the tape drive off of E-Bay.  It powers up fine.  I had a feeling, the 
front bay brackets were permanent.  As for the bezels, that wouldn't be a 
problem since four of the four of the six bays are not being used.  So, I would 
just have to pull out one of the bezels, take out the 250MB Tape Drive and, put 
the 5.25" in the place of what would be two 3.5" hard drives.
