Dunno right off hand. The one here at work was passed down the totem pole to me. :) However, I did snoop around and find a nifty little graphics feature that is a tab in the "Properties" box. (Settings>Advanced) There's a tab there that says "Intel Extreme Graphics 2" and I was able to make some adjustments via that. I'll look at home to see if I have something similar. As far as I can tell, regardless of model, the buttons on the monitor are pretty useless (except for the "Automatic Adjustment" setting. :)
I just found the one I have at home. It's Model # Dell S199WFP. http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/Displays/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=320-6199 I kind of wish I'd paid attention and got an LCD one. Not lovin' the text, but the pictures are beautiful. :) Diane --- In [email protected], Ivan Wilson <fmly...@...> wrote: > > Model number (s) please. > > Thank you, Ivan [Lucid Geek] > > > --- On Mon, 12/22/08, pekoe4849 <pekoe4...@...> wrote: > > > From: pekoe4849 <pekoe4...@...> > Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] Adjusting Dell Flatscreen Monitors > To: [email protected] > Date: Monday, December 22, 2008, 9:16 AM > > > > > > > Anyone know how to adjust the picture lightness/brightnes s & contrast > on a Dell flat screen monitor?
