I'm pretty sure you can do all the adjustments with those front panel buttons. Most all monitors are made like that. Try this website - it explains how to use the buttons: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/monitors/S199wfp/en/UG/setup.htm#Using%20the%20Front%20Panel
