Hi everyone. I am really hoping someone can help me. MY COMPUTER IS SICK and I don't know a thing about them. I haven't downloaded anything recently (that I know of) but I can't get it to start up. When I turn it on it comes on with the black screen the states "window's wasn't shut down properly blah blah blah". Then gives you the options to restart in safe mode, normal, last configuration, etc. Well when I try it just goes back to the same screen. I have way too many things on there that aren't backed up that I can't afford to lose by reinstalling the CD. I just recently returned to school and have 2 kids. I can't afford to take it anywhere. Esp since I know they will overcharge me.
