When things start happening on your computer that seem odd, it's a good idea to scan it to make sure it's clean. You should consider the possibility that the ads being appended to your emails, could be being put there by an infection of your operating system.
To the "English as a Second Language" people out there, here's a tip. Go to Google Translate, type your message in there, in your native language, and then use the English translation it generates, to post your questions and answers here. That way you will be able to be understood, and you can offer much more comprehensive answers, that your limited English skills would normally prevent.
