Your WildBlue connection should be a lot faster than your dial-up
connection. You should be able to play Starcraft online with no probs
at all. Maybe the problem is with your computer?

Do you have at least 100MB of free hard drive space?

Have you tried clearing your temporary internet files? (Do so from
within whatever browsers you use).

What Anti-Virus program are you running? Try lowering or temporarily
disabling any live web scanning it does.

Only run the very minimum of background apps. Go to Start, Run, type
MSCONFIG and click the Startup tab. Uncheck any apps that aren't
absolutely necessary.

Make sure your PC is free of any Spyware or Adware. If you have "any"
browser toolbars installed - uninstall them all. They are infamous for
slowing down connection speed.

Go to this website and test your connection speed:
http://reviews.cnet.com/internet-speed-test/ Try running the test a few
times at different times of the day. You should consistently get at
"least" the slowest DSL speed. If not, I would call WildBlue at:
1-866-WildBlue (945-3258) (toll free) and tell them your connection
speed is testing as slow as dial-up. If they complain, ask them how you
are supposed to test your speed. If you can't get at least DSL speeds
then they aren't living up to their end of the contract.

Good luck,
Donk
