if you go over the 10 hours, does it boot you off or do they charge you through
your phone company? i figured it would ask for a credit card number, but in
order to ask netzero they want like $1.95 a minute.

also, would i be able to just keep making new accounts and keep getting it 
free, or can they track you down for that?
