I don't know since I signed up prior to them charging for service. I use 
it as an emergency backup.

Worthless speculation - It is possible that they collect the information 
when you create an account.

I know they ask for name, address, phone and other personal information. 
I know that they keep track of what phone numbers call in. So I don't 
think the multiple accounts in one household will work.
