Program or add-on memory leak, a computer virus, free disk space, defrag 
the hard drive, increase memory, increase virtual memory.
Standby, screensaver, hibernation? Try turning that off and see if that 
is the issue.
Why do you leave those two programs open if you are not using them?
Try closing one or the other to try and narrow it down.
Are all of your WIndows updates current?
