Donk, I just heard from the Adobe Flash Player forum as follows and you were right, it just was so invisible:
Again! This problem comes up about once a week. I have asked the developers to change that terrible color scheme on the installation panel, but so far they have not gotten around to it... There is a little checkbox on the left of 'I have read and agree...' that must be checked before the INSTALL button becomes active: Now we all know. Thank you so much, Donk. You are a blessing.
