Hi - I just went to http://pandigital.net/support and didn't have a problem navigating the site. It was a tiny bit slow, but everything came up fine. I tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer 6. Maybe they were experiencing server problems when you were there. You could try again. I also downloaded the user manual for 1 of the products (7") without a problem, and opened it, and could see all the pages. DSL is a bit slow so maybe you should try downloading the user manual file (instead of just opening it online) and then reading it from your computer. It's about 1MB in size so it'll take a little while to download on DSL. I can email it to you if you want.
Here are the instructions for connecting to your wireless network: /Since many features require a Wi-Fi connection, we recommend you set up your Wi-Fi network now. 1. Select Settings from the Application Quick Launch Bar, ? tap Network. 2. Turn Wi-Fi on by tapping the Wi-Fi is off/Turn on Wi-Fi. 3. The device automatically scans and list all local Wi-Fi Networks found. A indicates secure networks that require login name/password to connect. 4. Tap the desired network to which you want to connect, ? enter the Network Password if applicable. 5. Tap to close the Settings screen./ When you see the list of available networks, choose yours. If you're not sure which one is yours, it's usually the one with the strongest signal. Or it may be called Linksys. If your network is locked (and it should be) you'll have to type in your SSID number to log the reader on. Unless you've changed it, the SSID is printed somewhere on your router. If you still have a prob downloading the user manual I'll be happy to email it to you. Good luck, Donk On 12/28/2010 1:12 AM, [email protected] wrote: > I recently obtained a Pandigial Book for Xmas.
