I recently obtained a Pandigial Book for Xmas. I've been having numerous
problems with it. Can anyone please help me? I will list the various problems.
 Here they are:

1. The website http://pandigital.net/support is unreachable from both my
computer and my mom's desktop and my laptop and the Pandigital Book. I have
AT&T DSL and my mom has Buckeye Cable Modem. If I include the support
subfolder, I get a blank webpage. If I just put http://pandigital.net, I get:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80004005'

[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access
denied.

/inc/opendb.asp, line 4

I not only needed to go to the website for help using this product but I also
needed to go it to register my product.

2. When looking at the downloaded instruction book (has at least 50 pages), I
was only able to go to page 15 or 16 when swiping right to left.

3. When typing in the activation code (for entering a device to a network) to
connect my Pandigital Book to my Linksys network, I had trouble getting the
virtual keyboad to appear. It seemed like I had to do at 10 different things
in a specific order just to get it to appear. When I finally got the code
entered, the Pandigital did not accept it. It is on a network now but I'm
unsure if it is on the same network as my other computers. I'm concerned about
someone spying on me while I'm using the Pandigital Book.

4. I also had difficulty when trying to return to the previous menu no matter
where I was when I was using the Pandigital Book.

5. I only have 7 books that I can read right now, and I will most likely never
want to read any of them in my lifetime.
