The videos you are trying to watch are YouTube videos.  They require 
that you have the Adobe Flash Player installed to watch them.  Either 
you don't have it installed - or it's malfunctioning.  Here's a link 
that'll tell you how to uninstall your current Flash Player (if you've 
got it), and then download and install the newest Flash Player:

Hopefully that will help.  If not repost with the browser you are 
using... Internet Explorer, or Firefox, or Chrome, etc.

About the deleted files... when you delete a file it normally goes into 
the recycle bin, and you won't be able to find it or view it without 
opening the Recycle Bin and putting it back where it was.  Maybe you 
just "thought" you deleted the pics?  Or, maybe you had 2 copies of the 
pics in 2 different places on your hard drive - so you deleted one copy, 
but the other copy is still there?  Are there any devices attached to 
your USB ports that might have the pics on them - like a camera flash 
card, or a thumb drive?  Once you delete a pic file, you shouldn't be 
able to find it again.
