Are these the drivers for your model?

I dunno exactly which model you have, but the Netgear site should have
the drivers.
If you are forced to install the drivers "and" the software - go ahead
and do it. You can choose to let windows manage your wireless network
from within Control Panel. I've got 3 different wireless devices. You
just choose which one to enable or disable. And I'm pretty sure there's
a setting where you can choose to let Windows manage the network -
instead of the software that came with the USB device.

Good luck,
Donk
