About the case...
Usually there are problems when trying to transfer a MB from a major PC
maker (like Gateway) to a generic case. Gateway might have special,
non-standard MB's built just for their PC's. If so, there can be probs
with the MB fitting into a generic case (maybe the screws won't line up,
or maybe the back panel ports won't line up with the opening in the
generic case. It's hard to know for sure unless you get Gateway to say
for certain that the board will fit (which they'll never do).

As for the new case being screwless... AFAIK, all MB's are screwed to
the case tray. "Screwless" just means you don't have to use a
screwdriver to open the sides or top of the case.

But I think trying to put the Gateway board into the new case would be a
gamble. Or course with Best Buy you can usually return merchandise
withing 14 or 30 days for a full refund (be sure to ask them before you
buy it).

Good luck,
Donk
