Janice That should work if you set your computer to boot from the CD. In the BIOS or a key selection when you boot. Watch quickly as it boot for the key to hit. You may need to find drivers after that for it to work. It depends on if you have a Windows CD or a recover/reinstall/reload CD. Be sure to choose the options for a new install. I would suggest you or they do all Widows updates after that.
