Well, there "is" a limit on the RAM windows 7 64bit will address... but 
prob either your wallet or your mobo's limitation will kick in before 
you reach it.
Win 7 Ultimate = 192GB
Win 7 Enterprise = 192GB
Win 7 Pro = 192GB
Win 7 Home Premium = 16GB
Win 7 Home Basic = 8GB
