I dunno of any way to import them. You might as well just retype (or copy/paste) the most current memos into Google Calendar. I don't use the Tasks feature much, but I think you can just enter them on any day on the calendar - when you click a date just choose "Task" instead of "event". You can also enter them from your Gmail page by clicking "Tasks" link. Of course it's easier to copy all your tasks on your computer instead of the phone - but when you're done the phone will sync with the computer.
