Hi Janice -
I looked at those instructions for syncing your calendar. Basically it 
just syncs Outlook to Google calendar - and then Google calendar 
auto-syncs with your phone.
You should be able to do the same with contacts.  Look at these 
instructions for contacts and see if they work:

I'm not sure how Outlook memos work, so I dunno about them.

Here's a free app from the Android Market that claims to fully sync with 
your PC Outlook - it's called mOffice:

Go to the Marketplace on your phone and download and install it.  Some 
of the reviews say it works great, but some say it doesn't.  Worth a try 
since it is totally free.

I've seen websites that offer Outlook to Phone linking, but charge a 
monthly fee (I assume because you need to use their Exchange server to 
do it).  Here's one such site:
