These files have exactly the same name, and they are on my desktop. If I rename one of them, the other one is automatically renamed, as well. If I drag one to the recycle bin, the other one goes, too. The files have exactly the same info in them. If my desktop is considered a folder, Windows does allow them. I've never come across anything like this before, even though I've used computers for the last 15+ years.
