Phil,
You might want to consider un-installing NORTON & DOWNLOAD “WINDOWS DEFENDER”
(by Microsoft)...It is FREE.
Please make sure that it is compatible with your version of Windows. I have
Windows 8.

I have Norton but the screen is running constantly with garbage..If I put the
Norton disk in will it stop and hopefully a menu will appear to remove the
trojan virus...
