it's just a little piece of plastic. All this time I was reading the chart wrong and thinking toner. urrrghh See 2nd opinions so help. I had tried the door a few times to make sure it was closed but did not realize the piece was broken. I really need to get this printer working. At least I didn't dump the toner or open the bottle and waste that.
