Wow, I may be in big trouble.  The Run feature will not accept RSTRUI.EXE.
They say there isn't any such file. So I decided to try, as you said, to
open in Safe Mode.  But....I forget how to do that.  I can't remember when
I did it last.  Can you give me a step by step?
