I am trying to uninstall a program called snap.do which is causing havoc on a
friends ACER pc but it will not uninstall from the control panel. Actually the
pc has not been functioning properly since DEC 2012. How can I take the pc back
to that time to clean it up? Owner does not have original disk or back up.Thank
you!
