Yes, i suggest to use a multiple distribution link. 
Focusing on just 1 option (wuala, etc) is not recommended as in case the server 
was "forced" to erase the files, it will delay the distribution process and 
stop it. A multiple approach could be my choice.

Wuala + usenet + private servers from people from the list.
In order to use the same info, the list must be splited in 100 gigas? 10 Gigas? 
5 gigas?
  
Also, if some member could cooperate in sending 2 TB Hard-disk by normal postal 
service , UPS, FEDEX, etc, will be also an easy way for people with low 
internet connection access.
