No, because people are posting here instead of writing to the
sourceforge lists. Which is good if what they're writing about is how
to use ABC, or something of interest to the general ABC community, but
not so good if it's "How do you use the CVS at sourceforge?"

I managed to ftp to download.sourceforge.net, and upload something to
the incoming directory. I believe that as administrator, I would be
able to figure out how to make that something a "release".

Maybe, but I can't. I tried with my own mess, and was unsuccessful.
I think "cvs release" might be the next thing to try.
