        Yes, you can. It sounds like you guys are making the process much 
harder than it has to be. Whether you're copying from abc2win to email or 
the other way around, the program gives you two different ways to do it. 
In the main form, there's a "Copy ABC" button and a "Paste ABC" button. 
If you're copying a tune from one of your own files you open the file, 
then highlight the title of the tune you want to copy, then hit the Copy 
button. You can then paste the tune, which includes the header, into the 
body of an email. If you're doing the reverse you copy from the email, 
then open the file you want to copy the tune into, and hit the Paste button. 
        Likewise, if you're in edit mode (that's the screen with the little 
boxes at the top for the header information) all you have to do to is 
select Copy or Paste from the "Copy or Paste Tune" dropdown on the menu 
bar. Note: if you're copying from the edit window, *don't* try to highlight 
the text. If you're doing that, you're working too hard at it. The program 
already "knows" it needs to select everything in the window. :-)
