ABC is a way of writing a tune - so it's broadly equivalent to "standard"
notation, meaning tadpoles on a 5 bar gate. It's not a tablature at all.
My program (Muse) can take ABC and convert it to guitar tablature, but it
does that by first figuring out the tune and then solving the fingering
problem to create some tablature.
