I do usually use abc4mac for PostScript. Of course, using a laser
printer setting and printing a BarFly file to a file instead of a
printer you do get PostScript. My apologies if this is repeat
information. It was discussed on some list recently I am not sure
which-I don't know if my mind is going, or if I am just on too many
lists.
In any event - BarFly has served me well for years as my main
abc (and really music in general) tool.
Cheers
Dan
PS. Love Dave's sig file.

The answer to this kind of question always depends on what you want
to do with it. Do you want quality (i.e., PostScript) graphic output?
Do you want to see the music as you type? Etc., etc.
I have found BarFly to meet all my needs. It doesn't do PostScript,
but it does almost everything else. For PostScript, try abc4mac.
Those are the only two Mac abc packages I have any familiarity with.
They both have decent sound, although BarFly's is more flexible.
