Hello,

I'm a new abc user, with a question for the more experienced:

How would you notate 6 beats against 4, if it contains both rests and notes, and
occurs in the middle of a 4/4 piece in swing rhythm?

I tried to do it like this:

   X:1
   T:Example
   R:hornpipe
   M:4/4
   L:1/4
   Q:1/4=120
   %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
   (3zD,,D,, (3D,,zz |

It's supposed to be a rest, three notes, and two rests. The notes and rests are all of
equal duration, and together they add up to 4 beats.

The MIDI generated by abc2midi is perfect, but yaps objects to the rests, which aren't
allowed in tuples.

Hornpipe rhythm, of course, is supposed to be an approximation of swing time. I could
just notate this piece in 12/8, but 4/4 is more standard for jazz charts.

Any suggestions?
